- No exchange/return on all personalized items.

- Headbands, bibs, pacifier clips must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging.

- Gift cards cannot be returned after purchase (except where required by law).

- The latest date for the buyer to request a return/exchange is 30 calendar days after the purchase.

** Please note that we take charge of the first shipment only. When the package leaves our workshop, Canada Post delivers it to you. However, if you are away from home, they leave a memo in your PO Box so that you can pick up your package. It is therefore your responsibility to track your package. If you do not receive the package within 7 working days, contact us for follow up. This way, you will avoid any additional transportation costs.
